Michelle Mederos is an Experience Design Manager at Airbnb where she leads and manages its Trust team. Previously, Michelle was a Product Design Lead at Facebook, where she designed for many of Its social impact products, including fundraising tools, crisis response tools, mentorship tools, and privacy tools to help women feel safe from online harassment. Before Facebook, she worked at Metromile and Volkswagen, where she envisioned future trends in driving and car ownership. She earned her B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University, and also taught at the d.school.
Michelle lives in San Francisco, where she enjoys hiking with her dog Matcha and dreaming of her next vacation.
