Neby is a design researcher at Dropbox with a particular interest in inclusive design and hybrid research. She believes that every person that comes to Dropbox deserves a delightful experience, regardless of background or ability.
She spends her time studying how teams communicate ideas and collaborate on files. Her research aims to ultimately understand how people can maximize the amount of time spent on meaningful work.
She holds a B.A. from Duke University and is happiest when eating Ethiopian food and reading about behavioral economics.
