Genevieve is a civic service designer building humane technology for a 21st-century democracy.
In 2015, Genevieve co-founded the NYC Service Design Studio in the office of Mayor Bill de Blasio. As Deputy Director, she helped redesign how the largest city in the nation supports people experiencing poverty, from advocating for people-centered services to helping New Yorkers experiencing street homelessness. In 2017, Genevieve joined the team at Nava Public Benefit Corporation to radically improve critical government services for over 50 million Americans. At Nava PBC, Genevieve is focused on building up a team of technologists working to make it easier for people to access health coverage, food and energy assistance – whenever they need it.

In 2012, Genevieve was awarded a Master of Public from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
