How to do user research when you don’t have a design team

In government, it’s not always possible to hire a design team. The good news is that you don’t always need one. This talk is targeted at teams inside government who don’t have a dedicated design team but want to learn more about how people use their product or service and how it might improve. In this talk, we shared simple tools for planning research, gathering feedback from real users, and trying out simple changes to a digital product or public service.
