Rachael is a seasoned Community leader with more than 10 years of experience designing and scaling impactful member programs. She specializes in driving engagement, unlocking the power of community data, and championing the innovations shaping the industry’s future. Currently, she serves as the Community Strategy Lead at Articulate, where she guides the E-Learning Heroes community in elevating, exploring, and expanding their L&D skill sets.
Beyond her professional work, Rachael enjoys a vibrant life in western Maine with her husband Ben. She’s an avid Dungeons & Dragons player (ask her about her favorite Cat Warlock), an enthusiastic host and attendee of thematic parties, and proud dog parent to Stewart, a big-hearted Lab with an even bigger love for snacks.
