Raven is a Senior Strategic Designer at BCG X, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams, corporations, and non-profit entities to build and launch bold, new standalone businesses at speed.
Prior to joining BCG X, Raven led research and strategy at Citi Ventures, supporting the development of inclusive product and service experiences as a key part of Citi’s Action for Racial Equity initiative. Raven also led research at IBM, supporting design and business strategy for clinical development solutions and contributing to Racial Equity in Design efforts.
Raven is a Southwest Angel Network (SWAN) Advisor, supporting angel investors in evaluating healthcare technology companies that apply for funding, as well as a recipient of the 2020 Notley Fellowship, which supports young leaders in making positive social change. She holds a PhD in Behavioral Science from the University of Texas Health Science Center, an MS in Public Health from Texas A&M Health Science Center, and a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is based in Austin, Texas.
