Enterprise User Research is hard. One of the biggest pain points for UXers is at the very beginning of user research: Recruiting appropriate participants to spend time with you. Often times while working on an enterprise product, you’re required to look for participants that specifically do X and Y and have Z skills. Other times, you may be handed a vague problem statement without an idea of what behaviors these users should exhibit.
Where do you start? How do you find the right participants? The need for participants to have certain domain knowledge makes guerrilla user research nearly impossible. In this talk, we will cover some actionable tips and tactical strategies for you to use to save time and energy on recruiting participants for the Enterprise.
