Research isn’t a set of methods. It’s our dynamic process for understanding. In this presentation, Veronica Erb uses plain language to connect academic work about truth, media literacy, and dynamic systems to the practice of user experience research. To get the most out of our work, we need to own the uncertainty of research, own the research design phase, and own the meaning and scope of results.
