Roberta Dombrowski is a Research Leader and Mindful Leadership Coach.
In 2022, she founded Learn Mindfully to help transform the way leaders live, learn, and work. With over a decade of experience spanning startups, non-profit, and corporate environments, she’s continued to refine her craft and impact. Her most recent full time role was VP of User Research at a Series B start-up User Interviews. Prior to that she’s led teams at edX, Pluralsight, Year Up, and The Predictive Index.
Roberta brings deep experience in education, research, mindfulness, to her role as Instructor and Coach. She is a trained Co-Active Coach and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher. She dreams of a future where all leaders can build their most sustainable lives while leading authentically and dynamically.
