I believe we are all born with a superpower; a gift that makes us truly unique. My superpower is “clarity” and it’s manifested differently depending on the professional hat that I am wearing.

I AM A LEADER OF BUSINESS INNOVATION
In my consulting work, I support brands and organizations to gain clarity and purpose around their innovation and growth agendas. I’m particularly accomplished at facilitating transformative change; change that is non-negotiable if the company or brand wishes to remain relevant in their marketplace or if an upset in protocol is required to achieve aggressive growth targets. With my “clarity” superpower, I’m able to bring purpose-driven focus to the next step actions that will support the growth targets of my clients.

I AM AN ADVISOR/EDUCATOR, SUPPORTING OTHERS TO BE THEIR BEST
I lead an international team at Sylver Consulting. I am a business coach to small and medium-sized businesses. I am an adjunct faculty member at the IIT Institute of Design (ID). I am a member of the Board of Advisors of the IIT ID. In each of these roles, my “clarity” supports individuals or organizations to celebrate who they are today, envision where they want to stretch to and then devise actionable steps to support them in achieving that growth.

I AM A THOUGHT LEADER COMMITTED TO CHALLENGING THE STATUS QUO
I am a professional who is committed to efficient and effective work. When I see inefficiencies or ineptness show up frequently, I tap into my design sense, get creative and develop a new way of doing whatever it is that I’m trying to accomplish. It’s this respectably bold spirit that supports me in challenging the status quo. My gift of “clarity” supports me in explaining to people why “the way it has always been done” is no longer the way it should be done.

I am accessible to discuss ideas, opportunities and collaborations. Reach out to explore how a dose of “clarity” might support you in achieving your goals: info@sylverconsulting.com or 312-239-0346.
