Diana Deibel is a Brazilian-American speaker, writer, and Lead Designer at the digital product design consultancy Grand Studio, focused on leading their voice and future tech initiatives. She is also the founder and co-organizer of the Chicago branch of the Ubiquitous Voice Society. Her current work mainly centers on multichannel experiences using voice-first design, though her history includes massive IVR creation and overhauls, and easy-to-use chatbots. She believes in creating real solutions to actual problems, and in questioning the outcomes of what we’re creating before we build.
