Emily Sappington is Director of Product Management for Twilio Flex based in London, UK. She oversees teams focused on Experience, and improving the conversations we have with computers and with each other, through technology. A former UX designer, Emily specializes in anticipating user needs, and using user-centric approaches to product strategy. Emily has worked with tech companies based in Seattle, San Francisco, and London, where she holds an Exceptional Talent Visa from Tech Nation for the United Kingdom. Emily has earned several patents for her work at Microsoft, has won startup competitions, and mentors women in technology in her free time. She lectures at conferences focused on women in technology, artificial intelligence, UX, Product Management, healthcare technology and more.
