Kelsey is the head of Product Design & UX Research at BuzzFeed. She currently manages a team of 19 design managers, product designers, and researchers who are responsible for all aspects of design, from research to execution. She also works closely with the leaders of product, engineering, data, and project management to define strategic direction and guide execution across all teams in the BuzzFeed Tech organization.
Previously, Kelsey worked as a Design Director at Vox Media, where she worked on relaunching brands like Racked and Eater, leading internal tools design, and helped plan various community-based events.
