Jen Fabrizi

Jen has 20+ years of experience helping product teams design desirable, valuable, and feasible solutions for customers, partners, and employees. She has deep experience in qualitative research and user testing. She has worked in verticals such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, and cyber security.

She began her work life as a symphonic musician working in orchestras and chamber music groups where she first encountered the intuitive connection that musicians make with one another.
