Natalie Dunbar is a user experience-focused content strategist, author, and speaker. Currently, she’s a Senior Manager, UX Content Strategy at Walmart, where she focuses on creating content that shapes and supports the Walmart+ member experience.

Prior to joining Walmart, Natalie worked in civic tech, helping federal agencies find innovative, human-centered solutions to enhance digital services across the government. She’s also built engaging content experiences for enterprises that include Anthem, Inc., Kaiser Permanente (KP), YP.COM, AT&T Interactive, and Farmers Insurance.

Natalie is an active member of Women Talk Design and a founding member of Content Strategy Los Angeles. She regularly writes for ClearVoice.com and is a frequent speaker. Her upcoming book, From Solo to Scaled: Building a Sustainable Content Strategy Practice will be published by Rosenfeld Media later this year.

When she’s not herding content, speaking, or writing, Natalie teaches private yoga and is a self-described “recovering marathoner” and retired marathon coach.

She also enjoys dancing Brazilian Samba and Forró into the wee hours.
