Rocio leads studies at U.S. Bank as a UX Design Researcher in the Business Banking agile product portfolio. Prior to this role, she conducted UX studies and across five product verticals in the healthcare industry at ZS. She looks for ways to engage product teams in creating impact together through research. Before ZS, Rocio was a UX Generalist, researching and designing in agency, startup, and small business environments, leveraging over a decade of collaboration to build software products to mitigate financial risk and optimize operational efficiency. Her research career began as an ethnographer in academic and nonprofit sectors, studying work hazards of immigrant Latinx farmworkers and laborers. Besides research, Rocio also enjoys running, traveling, and a good cup of chai.
