In this talk, we will talk about shaping the vision to solve for Uber’s riders needs at the Airport environment via connecting the Digital and Physical. We will cover the research insights that informed the team to build and shape our vision and how we made it a reality – working cross-collaboratively, diving into 3 real-world examples in solving for those customer needs – from Airport kiosk in Toronto, Wayfinding in Seattle and zero wait pickup in Portland
