Public radio content seems like a natural and easy fit for voice platforms like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri. At NPR, we are taking a lean and design-thinking approach to how we craft our storytelling experience on these platforms. We’ll share some of our workshopping and user testing techniques as well as describe some of the product and technology roadblocks we encountered along the way.
