In this workshop, participants will imagine Black Mirror-esque scenarios related to potential abuse of otherwise exciting and useful technologies and then work on de-abusing them.
We will use a combination of individual and group activities, building on each others’ ideas, and letting our imagination soar. The highlight of the workshop will be the creation of movie-like storyboard that illustrates an abuse scenario. We will then come together to brainstorm ways to prevent these technologies from such abuses.
