The introduction of UX practices within an enterprise is often a disruptive process. To leverage UX in improving products, design teams introduce user-centered practices that shift the workflows of product management teams, engineers, strategists, and marketing specialists. This panel will include a series of UX professionals (designers, researchers, UX strategists, and UX consultants) who have faced the challenge of promoting an understanding of the value of UX in a company, how it complements the product development process, and translating UX concepts and research findings into action in an enterprise.
