Artificial Intelligence seems to be all around us, and many brands are feeling the pressure to implement AI solutions. But like with any technology, especially emergent ones that get a lot of buzz, it’s critical to let your brand and business lead the technology, not the other way around. A key way to do this is to design in a customer centered way. Samantha will talk about what this means, share some examples of consumer focused AI experiences, and will provide three principles for designing customer centered experiences that you can take back to your organization and use right away – not only for AI projects, but for any of the new features and functionalities on your roadmap.
