Web3 and blockchain user experience

Web3 is new, but making new technologies make sense to regular human beings isn’t. I bring a unique perspective to the challenges and opportunities of making Web3 products and solutions usable and delightful. While many in Web3 are entranced with the idea that everything is ripe for reinvention, I believe that real magic happens when you learn how to apply the hard-won best practices developed over the past 25 years to any design. The trick is to translate user experience expertise into a language that blockchain aficionados are ready to hear. In talks like my Wallet UX Teardown (and others), I take a close look at the new user experience problems in the world of Web3 and how ‘old’ tools and methods provide shortcuts for Web3 innovators.
